With a deep passion for Ayurveda, my teaching reflects the bigger picture of cosmic play, the flow of the seasons, our relationship with the elements and the cycles of the moon. I am the owner of The Road to Om studio in Lincoln, a private in-home studio and Ayurvedic Apothecary, where I offer private yoga sessions, seasonally-based workshops, Ayurvedic consultations, and a limited number of small, student-focused classes. I also teach weekly public classes at Lotus House of Yoga.

Allergies, colds & weight gain are some typical Kapha imbalances that might need our attention. Spring cleansing guidelines will presented as well. I’ll be serving Kapha pacifying refreshments.
Binds & Balances
Monday, March 19
I’m making a shift from my Mentor Monday series for a bit and starting up a monthly Master Class. Each month I will choose a theme or pose where together we can dissect, discuss and practice. March’s workshop is called “Binds and Balances”. This master asana class is for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners who feel ready to dive deeper into challenging poses and transitions.
