With a deep passion for Ayurveda, my teaching reflects the bigger picture of cosmic play, the flow of the seasons, our relationship with the elements and the cycles of the moon. I offer seasonally-based workshops, Ayurvedic consultations, and teach weekly public classes at Lotus House of Yoga.

Those whose hearts
beat OM are blessed!

What students are saying
about classes

Your playful, genuine, kind approach to the practice removed any intimidation that could been associated. You inspired me to immerse myself in the moment, in the practice, 100%. And - in my very naive opinion - it is only through that immersion that one can really recognize the deepest benefits yoga offers. That is not a gift all instructors share.

Yesterday’s class was awesome! Thank you so much! It was so much fun to try new things and accomplish some of them. (And feel it ALL today) And the encouragement from the others in class was just amazing. Thank you thank you!!
