If you are feeling called to reorganize your body, mind and spirit this fall please come to my to my annual Vata/Fall Ayurvedic Workshop at Lotus House of Yoga Downtown Studio.
According to Ayurveda we must make adjustments to our diet and self-care routines to stay balanced and nourished as we transition into autumn. This sadhana based class is for all levels of practitioners who have an interest in finding ease as we shift seasons. I'll address seasonal allergies, daily routines, improving digestion and how to do a delicious and nourishing cleanse for fall.
