Lunar Nectar Flow at the High Vibe Festival

Such an honor to teach at the High Vibe Festival Saturday afternoon! So lovely to connect with many students, teachers and friends!

Couples Date Night Yoga

Thank you to all the couples who came to synchronize breath, create a bond and experiencing a fun but intimate, romantic time together. We had couples ranging from 25 years of marriage to two weeks of dating. Such a fun night. Troy and I are truly grateful for letting us share our practice with you. Can't wait to do it again for Valentines Day in 2018!

End of Summer Backyard Flow with Live Music by Christopher Raven

The rain stopped just in time for our last Backyard Flow Class. Thanks to Christopher and all the yogis who came to practice rain or shine.

SUP Yoga with PaddleLyfe at Wagon Train Lake

So much gratitude for the 22 yogis who came to Wagon Train Lake last Sunday to find stability and test their balance - both physical and mental - while practicing on the water. Despite the threat of rain earlier in the morning we had a near perfect day to practice and play.

A great big thank you goes out to PaddleLyfe for being so receptive and responsive to all our requests. If you haven't had the chance to Stand Up Paddleboard check out PaddleLyfe's webiste for more information on their rentals.  We've had so much fun working with them, Troy and I are excited to watch the eclipse Monday from SUPs on the lake.

I've had so many requests from yogis who missed the opportunity last weekend that I'm teaching one more SUP Yoga class to close out the summer. We'll be on the water one more time Saturday, September 2nd from 2-4pm. To register and pay for the final SUP Yoga class of the summer click the button below.

Friday Backyard Flow with Christopher Raven

What a beautiful summer morning for movement and music! A couple of weeks ago I moved my Friday morning flow class outside to allow more Lincoln yogis to practice to live music by my friend Christopher Raven. The weather was beautiful, the birds were singing along with the music, and the yogis left blissed-out. So blissed-out that we had car keys, phones, sunglasses and mats were left behind! I can't wait to do it again...and this time I'll give everyone more warning so you'll have time to make plans to skip work!

Yoga Rocks the Park

So much gratitude for the opportunity to teach several hundred yogis from across Nebraska and Iowa at Yoga Rocks the Park at Midtown Crossing in Omaha on Mother's Day!
