Teaching one-on-one yoga classes is without a doubt a completely different experience than teaching group classes. And, in my opinion, much more challenging! In our 5th edition of Mentor Monday, I’ll share with you how teaching an individual differs from leading a class, the challenges you may encounter, and the rewarding personal connection offered by private yoga. The biggest perk (besides boosting your income potential) is that there’s no studio required! As long as you have room for a couple of mats you can teach private yoga. We will chat about creative ways to find students and how to structure sessions.
