My Weekly Class Schedule at Lotus House of Yoga
Mon/Wed/Fri: 6 -7am
Rise and shine with an early morning practice that will invigorate your day! This all-levels flow class incorporates vinyasa-style yoga asana that is sure to fire up your agni flame for the day.
Mon: 9:30 - 10:30am
A dynamic class designed to connect energetic muscles and a focused mind. This class offers the full spectrum of yoga benefits including a vigorous workout, increased flexibility and a bliss filled mind.
Sat: 9 - 10am
A vigorous class of vinyasa practice, this powerful sequence builds heat and demands strength. This class takes the body from full throttle to serene soul through inversions, arm balances, and lots of chaturanga push ups!
Sat: 10:30 - 11:30am
A class built for the brand new yogis! Learn the foundations of a healthy yoga practice that will energize the body and vitalize the mind with the most basic yoga poses.
Yin Slow FLOW
Tue/Thu: 10:00 - 11:00am
I’ve got two new classes on the schedule to keep you cool and nourished this summer. Slow Flow Yin honors the long deep holds of poses and is mixed in with slow grounding flows. Join me at the downtown studio Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11am
FLOW & Go
Fri: 12:15 - 1:00pm
Flow and Go is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike. It is truly a complete mind-body workout. Your focus will improve, your mind will become clear, your body will detox and you will feel as if you are floating out of class with an extra spring in your step. A regular yoga practice will increase positive energy, alertness and focus.
